Myofascial release and deep tissue massage

A therapeutic, hands-on treatment designed to ease muscular tension, release restriction and restore greater freedom of movement.

Using slow, mindful pressure, I work with the muscles, fascia and connective tissues to reduce tension and discomfort, creating a greater sense of spaciousness, flow and vitality in the body.

I listen through touch, adapting pressure, pace and technique to what your body needs – working deeply where appropriate, but never forcing or overriding your body’s signals.

Ideal for specific areas of tension or discomfort, recovery from physical activity, or the physical demands of daily life, this is a more embodied, focused and specialist approach to massage.

Move more freely

Fascia helps transmit force, distribute load and coordinate movement. My attentive, responsive touch can help tissues adapt and soften, supporting greater mobility and ease

Treat your whole body

Tension or restriction in one area of your body can influence how other parts move and feel. My approach considers these connections rather than treating muscles in isolation

Change how you feel

As your physical tension eases and movement becomes more comfortable, you may experience greater relaxation, spaciousness and vitality - feeling more at home in your body

Two-hour treatment: £80

A slow, restorative treatment with time to explore areas of tension and discomfort, using myofascial release and deep tissue techniques to help your body soften, release and settle.

One-hour treatment: £50

A focused treatment to help ease tension and discomfort, using myofascial release and deep tissue techniques to support your body to soften, release and settle.

Fascia contains many sensory receptors that provide information about pressure, movement, tension and position. Slow, mindful touch, adapted in response to your body’s signals can help your nervous system to settle, allowing your body to soften, adapt and respond more deeply to the treatment

Fascia has helped expand our understanding of the body as an interconnected system, rather than a collection of isolated parts - because it surrounds, supports and connects muscles, bones, organs, nerves and blood vessels, linking the body together
